MissionParticipate in the development of backend systems using Java technologies Contribute to the design and evolution of application architecture (microservices, hexagonal architecture) Ensure code quality, robustness, and best practices Support and collaborate with team members in a peer-based organization For Lead profiles: Provide technical guidance to the team Support onboarding and technical growth of junior developers
Required profileAt least one higher education degree Strong experience in Java backend development (Java ? 8) Senior profile: 5+ years Lead profile: 8+ years Strong experience with Spring / Spring Boot Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL) Experience with JPA and Hibernate Knowledge of application architecture (microservices, hexagonal architecture) Experience with CI/CD pipelines English level: minimum B2 Mandatory for Lead profile only: Must have been living in Portugal for at least 1.5 years Proven experience as a role model for junior developers Experience in onboarding and technical mentoring Nice to have: Experience with Java frontend frameworks (Angular or similar) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Interest in continuous learning and professional growth Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
