As part of an HR transformation project, our client is looking for 2 SAP SuccessFactors consultants, 1 Senior and 1 Junior (Employee Central & Onboarding), to support the deployment and customization of the solution in Spain. The current environment is based on Meta4 (payroll) and Excel, with strong challenges related to interfaces, data quality, and adoption by business teams. The project is almost fully remote, with a preference for profiles based in Madrid or able to travel there occasionally.
MissionDesign & Scoping (Key role for the Senior) *Facilitation of requirement-gathering workshops (requirement design) *Understanding of local HR and payroll processes (Spain) *Definition of the target functional design *Full configuration and customization of SAP SuccessFactors EC & ONB *Interface role between HR / Payroll business teams and IT teams Implementation & Data: *Data mapping (existing HR data ? SuccessFactors) *Coordination of data flows with Meta4 payroll *Contribution to the integration strategy and data migration approach Testing & Deployment: *Definition of the testing strategy *Coordination of UAT (User Acceptance Tests) *Writing and tracking of test cases *User support during validation phases Change Management: *Change management support *Implementation of procedures and processes *Support for documentation and change management activities (classic approach)
Profil recherchéSenior Consultant *Lead on functional design *Facilitation of workshops *Decision-making on SF configuration *Overall coordination on the business side *Functional project reference Environment & Tools: *SAP SuccessFactors: Employee Central (EC), Onboarding (ONB) *Payroll: Meta4 *Existing tools: Excel Required Skills: *Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC & ONB *Experience in customization and configuration *Good understanding of payroll interfaces, ideally Meta4 *Experience in international projects is a plus Functional Skills: Very strong ability to interact with: *HR Admin *Payroll Admin *Ability to translate business requirements into SF solutions *Strong understanding of Spanish labor and social legislation (mandatory)
