A leading European infrastructure organization based in Germany is seeking a Process Implementation Specialist M/W to translate business requirements into practical workflows and tool configurations within a modern collaboration suite environment.

Your responsabilities: * Analyze existing and target processes with stakeholders and derive functional requirements * Translate requirements into tool configurations (Jira, Confluence, Service Management platforms) * Design workflows, templates, documentation structures, and onboarding flows * Create reports, dashboards, and analytics frameworks for process transparency * Facilitate workshops and coordinate across architecture, security, and platform teams * Document processes, guidelines, best practices, and governance standards * Identify improvement opportunities and propose tool enhancements Deliverables * Process analysis and gap assessments * Workflow designs and tool configurations * Usage guidelines and onboarding materials * Reports, dashboards, and analytics frameworks * Governance and standards documentation

Your profile: Must-Have : * Proven experience in translating business, organizational, or process requirements into practical workflows, configurations, and functional designs within Jira, Confluence, JSM, and/or related Atlassian tools * Experience in analyzing existing process landscapes, identifying improvement potential, and deriving tool-based solutions that support efficient collaboration, transparency, and governance * Ability to structure ambiguous requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications, user stories, configuration concepts, and implementation-ready requirements * Experience and solid understanding of product delivery (Scrum, SAFe, Multi-Release Management, Platform Engineering) * Profound knowledge of the Atlassian Suite, namely Jira, Confluence and JSM * Strong understanding of Jira workflow design, including issue types, fields, statuses, transitions, permissions, boards, filters, dashboards, reports, and automation concepts * Hands-on attitude with the ability to work closely with process owners, product management, implementation teams, board owners, and technical platform/tooling teams * Fluent English (spoken and written, at least C1 level) Preferred: * ITIL/ITSM, DevOps, or SRE experience * Governance principles definition for workflows, permissions, and standards * Tool evaluation and plug-in assessment experience * Integration requirements definition for Atlassian tools * Fluent German (spoken and written, at least C1 level)
