Expert Endpoint (M/W) - Brussels

Contexte

We are looking for an Expert Endpoint to support our client’s IT environment, focusing on endpoint management, OS imaging, Citrix provisioning and technical support. The position is based in Brussels and requires 100% on-site presence at the client’s premises. Due to Security Clearance requirements, candidates must be European citizens.

Mission

* Design, implement, test and document endpoints and multifunction printers in line with standards and procedures. * Create, maintain and update OS images. * Administer Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and handle day-to-day Citrix incidents and user issues. * Configure and test endpoint provisioning profiles. * Develop and improve the build process, including scripting, environmental procedures and security/governance requirements. * Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting and incident resolution. * Manage software upgrades and patch installations. * Support the Solution Architect with architecture design and technical decisions. * Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Work closely with management teams to ensure expectations, deliverables and user satisfaction are met.

Profil recherché

* Proven experience as an Endpoint Engineer, Citrix Engineer or similar role. * Strong knowledge of Citrix / Citrix PVS. * Experience with OS imaging, endpoint provisioning and deployment. * Good scripting and troubleshooting skills. * Experience with patch management and software deployment. * Strong documentation skills and understanding of security and governance requirements. * Autonomous, analytical and customer-oriented.
