Presentation of the mission:

Reporting to the BS (Business Systems) SVP in charge of IT Applications, the Director Business Systems Solutions is responsible for building Application solutions for businesses.

Scope covers applications for Business Units (program, CRM, sales, industrial…), Support Functions (finance, HR, purchasing…) and Engineering.

Key missions:

The Director, Business Systems Solutions key missions are to:

• Propose the Business Applications projects roadmap, in line with Business needs,
• Manage a portfolio of projects: ensure Business applications projects are delivered as per roadmap, within time, quality and budget,
• Ensure project management processes are implemented and monitor project management KPIs,
• Propose process improvements and associated action plans,
• Manage a team of Project Managers & Business Application analysts, mainly on ERP, HRIS, CRM scopes.

Key Technologies:

• ERPs, Microsoft, SalesForce.com, SAP SuccessFactors, ITSM platforms
• Internal Digital Security Solutions

• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Management, IT Engineering or Business,

• Experience:

+10 years of experience building & deploying Business applications in matrix organizations,

• Stakeholder Management:

Is able to define the relevant stakeholders to be included in defining or improving a process effectively;

Is capable of engaging stakeholders effectively and communicating relevant information,

• Problem Solving Skills:

Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions;

probes all fruitful sources for answers; can see hidden problems;

is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and does not stop at the first answers,

• Organizing:

Able to get things done;

can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal;

uses resources effectively and efficiently;

arranges information and files in a useful manner,

• Ethical responsibility:

Has the ability to act with integrity,

Experience working in multicultural virtual teams,

Very good interpersonal skills, team spirit essential.

• Language skills:

Fluent in written and spoken English, French and other languages a plus.
