Context
My client is looking for a Windows Server Administrator to help the team on various upgrade projects, from 2012 to 2019 and 2022.
Mission
• Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
• Planning / Preparing system and server upgrades in alignment with IT managers and stakeholders.
• Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.
• Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.
• Troubleshooting system and server errors.
• Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.
• Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase.
• Managing user access.
• Monitoring system performance.
• Maintaining server architecture security
Required profile
• Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.
• Detailed knowledge of VMWare VCenter Console
• Ability to create scripts (Batch, VB, PowerShell)
• Experience with databases, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN.
• Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• English language mandatory
