System Administrator / Sistem administrator (H/F) croatie

Contexte

As part of a technical assistance engagement, our client is looking for a System Administrator / Sistem administrator (H/F). The consultant will work on-site in Croatia, supporting L3 teams with the administration of Linux and Windows environments and the resolution of complex technical incidents.

Mission

The consultant will be responsible for the following activities: - Analyse and resolve complex tickets escalated by L1 support - Provide L3 troubleshooting in compliance with SLAs - Administer Linux and Windows Server environments - Test and deploy releases and patches - Perform load, performance, high-availability and security validation tests - Work with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle and MongoDB databases - Develop and maintain Python, PowerShell and Bash scripts - Analyse issues involving TCP/IP, HTTP and TLS protocols - Use the available testing and monitoring tools - Maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides

Profil recherché

- Confirmed-level profile, typically with 4 to 7 years of experience in system administration or N2-N3 support within production environments - Proven experience in L3 support and complex troubleshooting - Strong Linux expertise, particularly Red Hat, CentOS or Debian - Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016, 2019 or 2022 - Proven experience with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle or MongoDB databases - Proficiency in Python, PowerShell or Bash scripting - Knowledge of TCP/IP and HTTP networking protocols, as well as TLS - Ability to work simultaneously across Linux and Windows environments - Fluency in Croatian is mandatory - Professional proficiency in English is mandatory
